Fire Dog Foods

Since 1998 Fire Dog Foods has set out to create unique flavors in its hot sauces, salsas, BBQ sauces and marinades. It all started with my love of the backyard BBQ and a good, creative sense when it came to my recipes. I always enjoyed serving up my friends and family the unique flavors that were found in my sauces and marinades. My garden at home was full of wonderful vegetables including a wide variety of VERY HOT peppers. One day I began to experiment with my Habaneros, Cayenne peppers along with some tropical juices and eventually came up with my first recipe, "Crown Fire" Habanero Sauce. This hot pepper sauce follows in the tradition of the Central American-style sweet hot pepper sauces. It has a bold sweet flavor with just the right amount of intense heat.
